Exchange and Return Policy
Returns within 3 days and exchanges within 7 days of the original purchase date are available for most products, provided the original sales invoice is present.
Some exceptions apply:
Non-returnable items include:
- Any product that has deteriorated due to storage, transportation, or weather conditions, for example, but not limited to.
- Any product that has deteriorated due to a specific reason, such as opening the outer packaging, using it in violation of the manufacturer's instructions, or negligence and misuse, for example.
- Products that were specially ordered for a specific customer.
Refund Method:
- Most refunds, where applicable, will be for the original purchase.
- For cash purchases, the purchase amount will be refunded in cash.
- The purchase amount will be refunded to the bank account if the purchase was made by bank transfer and to the same account from which the original purchase was made
- The credit card purchase amount will be refunded to the same credit card used for the original purchase. A 2.5% fee will be deducted from any credit card purchases in the event of a return.
Warranty Policies:
- The warranty is provided by the agent.
- The warranty period is subject to the agent's policy. To obtain warranty services, the customer must visit the authorized maintenance center of the manufacturer or supplier directly.
- The warranty does not cover software, operating systems, accessories, or peripherals.
- The warranty does not cover (but is not limited to) breakage, scratches, liquid spills, misuse, or removal of warranty stickers from the product.
